I've been using it for a week or so and I'm noticing this too. Like the un-throttled speeds within the bundled 1GB doesn't seen as fast compared to other MVNOs I've used. I don't have scientific proof of this, but it's just like a feeling.

Also I noticed that when playing games like mobile legends on data, especially during like around 9-10pm, I get bad ping spikes from time to time. To be fair I noticed the same when I was on Singtel SIM-only. Maybe my area's cell tower too many people play at that time? no idea, but I've not seen this happen on MyRepublic Uno Plan, my M1 line, or Circles.Life's $0 plan. On those lines, rarely get ping spikes if I'm playing at home. I could even play the game with stable connection on MyRepublic's 0.25mpbs throttled data, but somehow I get ping spikes on Singtel's network. :/

I've yet to reach the throttled speed yet, so will monitor a bit more. anyway still 9.90 for 6 months. :s13:
Mobile legend will be laggy on Singtel network every night. It has been a long time problem. Problem not with zero 1or throttle speed. It's problem with mobile legend server and Singtel network.

M1 & starhub is fine.

This should be SingTel issue?

Sent from Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 5 on Rocket Uno with Zero1 Booster using GAGT

Doesn’t matter, because ultimately zero1 is using singtel line. Cannot say because it’s singtel line then we suffer in silence what. My needs above everything else. I play Dota like games on my phone, dc 5 Sec = char die.

May I know which location has such issue?

It’s not location also not just because of specific game. I play the China LOL called 王者荣耀 with my Malaysian friends. Because I experience this everywhere from Jurong to amk also have. It’s like a after 15 mins or so will dc and reconnect again. It’s a hassle even if u ain’t gaming, watch video halfway cut and loading u also du lan.
I pay my money, I don’t want such issue.

It’s not game in general also. As Long it’s using internet will have such issue.

Yeah. It's super annoying. Over weekend had more time to play game, and I see the network drop a few times in each game. I feel like mine is doing that every 10 mins of less. Then will see the "reconnecting.." message on ML, die a few times because of that too. I'm not a serious gamer, but Mobile Legends is pretty much the only game I play since some of my friends are playing it too. So when meet up will play together. The price of the plan is attractive, but man, this is too annoying for me.

I've not seen this issue with Circles.Life $0 plan, MyRepublic $8 Uno plan (even 0.25mbps throttled speed can play the game with no interruptions). To be fair, this is probably a singtel issue since I've noticed the same issue before (just not as often). Most users will probably be happy with the plan still and the value of it. The throttled data for normal usage is definitely way better than MyRepublic, but i'll probably port out once 1 month passes. :s22:

Few years ago when I was using SingTel mobile broadband for video conferencing, the connection also kept dropping every now and then. I thought it might be due to my location. I have no such problems with m1 or my republic.

Just to double check with the experts here, minimum need to use Zero1 1 month before can port out right? So if my service started Dec 1st, Jan 1st then can apply to port out to another telco? Or can I initiate the progress like a few days before that so that I can get the sim from the new telco just nice on the first few days of jan. TIA

Seems like the constant dc and reconnecting is singtel network issue. Gonna stay off singtel from now on. Starhub treat customer like shlt but at least I never encounter much issue from them.

What a surprise, after my sims card is activated, after 1 day, I have finished my 1gb quota. Now with a usage of approx. 4gb, I am having high speed LTE connection, download speed is 60Mbps, UL is 30MBps

Not bad...
