Thanks. Guess I'll wait for a few days before contacting them.

Sent from HUAWEI Mate 20 using GAGT
You might want to try to just contact them through facebook/email.

I received an sms stating port-in was successful at around 430pm, line was cut at 1130pm.

New sim card didn't have line until 230am, went to sleep, woke up and rebooted my phone and everything was done.

So just try to probe them and see, maybe they can resolve the issue earlier.

what if i cancel before using zero1?

Hi...
I am wondering what will happen if I cancel the plan before using it? I encountered two failed delivery and want to give up on this zero1.. what are the penalties involve?

1st trip - the delivery man insist on having the nric of the subscriber (who were not at home and we have input the authoriser details during delivery)

2nd trip - the delivery came to my office during lunch hour without calling beforehand and my colleagues asked him to wait 5 minutes as I go pack my lunch. the delivery man left without waiting...

Zero 1 seems had zero tolerance for unpaid bill LOL

On a 29.99 plan(on a old billing system) Payment due on 30 november, as I'm overseas and my card are prepaid debit card so didn't go and top up my card.

Back to singapore on 14th December, no signal, check my account is suspend.

There is no way to unsuspend even you want to pay without contacting them as their system have no "pay now" button.

Sent a email to them but today is a friday, looks like need to wait till monday in order to get unsuspend.

Even circle life can wait 2 month to suspend, zero1 only 2 weeks

This. For me playing mobile legend it's like every 10 mins or less disconnect one time. :s22: Have used M1, Starhub, Circles.Life, and MyRepublic too, and no issues for me. On singtel I had this issue too, but just not as frequent. Ported out of Zero1 after 13 days. Now happily on Starhub. :/

Try gaming that require constant connection, it happen to me every 15 mins or so.

M1 free roaming means the data bundle can use overseas ?

nope, just roaming. i need to make calls sometime in malaysia, which is a perfect plan for me now. I wait zero1 roaming until neck long, still need to go down to their office during weekdays to exchange sim card, tell them to sleep with snake better
