Yes, agreed that it's a backend issue and trying to move as many people to the new platform possible. Z1 should at least provide free upgrade of sim with extra data at zero cost.

No app, no data roaming. Same to zero mobile, SingTel might not willing to share the code.

No support.

Sad to say only the 9.90 plans look decent.

I port over to m1 my Sim $20. Lost Sim card, porting over is cheaper than replacement and no delay.

Just changed my plan to 3GB + 12GB Bonus.
Was surprised there is no confirmation page when you click 'UPGRADE'. Be careful guys, make sure you check the correct option!
As usual, zero expectations :D

Received my bill due to port out. Got credit balance... gg to me trying to get the money back. $5 nia though....

Getting more and more annoyed with their services especially data network but for $19 can't really complain much.. Though circles 20gb plan seems to be a much much better option now. Guess I'll be porting over soon :s22:

Those holding the first issue of sim cards. I have tried it at jb and it does not roam. You need send email to z1 for appointment to replace. I have since ported out to m1. Took about 2-3 days for port over.

I think alot of people here have undue expectations for z1’s services.

Y s, they respond slowly. But the managed speed is okay.

I would rather pay manually.

It pays to read and understand your bill. You must know what's your billing period. Example if your billing cycle ends on every 20th of each month, to be safe I would rather email to terminate by 13th of that month.

They won't prorate your bill even if they terminated your subscription on the 21st. You still need to pay $9.90 for a single day in that following month.

My issue is that there is a significant time delay form receiving the bill via email and the time that they deducted the money. Currently I have 2 months of bill received but I have not been charged for either.

Currently my latest bill is for January which I received yesterday (19th) but my billing cycle is 22 day of the month.

I would prefer zero1 copy m1 billing system where the bill comes on time and I can pay manually via the app
