Agreeing to your statement as for my area only m1 and singtel network are quite stable in my area of living, but not for workplace and as for my workplace singtel and starhub have no issues but m1 has....den again my test was on the prepaid cards and it was like few years ago, but now not sure since i switch my main line on singtel network since no issues on both my work and home.
Everyone has a different usage pattern. i.e., areas frequent. Good that M1/C.Life network works for you so go ahead and enjoy their service. Unfortunately it didn't work for me hence ported out.

Telcos selection is really a personal choice and there is no need to "understand" why there are complaints about a certain Telco; go through all the threads here and one will see complaints against every MNO and MVNOs.

My dad's line is under Vivifi. I managed to port in his mobile line to Zero1 Jumbo. So apparently Zero1 allow port in from Singtel MVNO.

No charges for sim card and one time registration.

You can choose the collection point at any Singpost office, no need to pay delivery charges.

How your dad find zero1? I also wants to port from vivifi.
Hmm, comparable to Vivifi, Singtel network.

Anyway, he doesnt have wifi at home, so he needs more data, and is cheaper than Vivifi Binge of $18.

Where it is mentioned on their website?

I can only find this under FAQs
Roaming Voice and SMS services are available by default when you purchase Zero1 mobile plan. These are Pay-As-You Roam services and there are no recurring monthly subscription fee or additional surcharge to use them. You will be only charged based on the Roaming Voice or SMS rates and the charges will be reflected in the current usage bill.

It should be a postpaid plan (prepaid plan disguised as postpaid), similar to GOMO whereby it is automatically renewed every 30 days or Heya whereby you need to top up at shops every 30 days.

Previously Jumbo plans could only be renewed via retailers (online and offline) but recently they allowed for debit/credit card auto renewal so long as your card information is in the Zero1 wallet.

Just to be 100% sure, you can comment on their Facebook page to ask.

These are all “postpaid plans” for the purposes of porting regardless of how you pay your bills. That includes M1 Maxx and Heya.

Just realize this jumbo plan is monthly so may not forever be $12. Luckily no contract so can port out but others like vivifi / giga plan are permanent price

The Jumbo 60 and 100 plans have been around for more than a year already (since Apr 2021 source: https://en.ocworkbench.com/singapor...0-gb-plan-to-counter-tpg-mobile-10-for-50-gb/).

But only recently they allowed automatic renewal via debit/credit card for convenience. It looks to me that this price will continue for sometime. In fact their other 6u and 50u plans don’t make much sense now.
