Anyone ported over from Singtel to Zero1 recently? I collected my SIM card yesterday (29 Sep 2023) morning and by midnight on 30 Sep 2023, there was no signal from my Singtel SIM Card and i loaded the Zero1 SIM card. By this afternoon, there is still no signal on the Zero1 SIM Card. Emailed the HelpDesk and they said they have forwarded the ticket to another unit. To-date, still no signal. Why would their porting in takes so long?

Is it possible for me now to port out to another teleco? I really don't like their level of service. I have no problems with CMLink and ZYM mobile.

Seems like there’s some hiccups in the porting process otherwise by today morning should be working already. If Zero1 reattemps to port again tonight you can try to see if by tomorrow morning whether you have signal on your new SIM card. If no then it might only be resolved earliest on a working day coming Monday, assuming the issue is simple to rectify, otherwise may take longer.

Did zero1 promise you they will port over in 1 day ?

From zero1 website:
You are advised to keep your existing line active as the port-in SMS notification will be sent to it. Upon successful port-in of your number to Zero1 which will usually take 1-3 business days unless there are pending issues with your existing mobile operator, you will receive a text confirmation..

I tested my wife gomo 5g vs my zero1 4g. In an area where got good 5g reception (sengkang swimming complex)

Gomo 5g: 800mbps+ and 10ms latency
Zero1 4g: 100mbps+ and 22ms latency

Guess I'm switching to zero1 5g then 😂😂😂

Believe out of all the 5g networks singtel should hopefully improve their ones the most.

Do retest once you are on Zero1 5G. I’m curious if Singtel-based mvno’s 5G can hit as high speeds.

Yup, that's why I'm interested in Gomo 5G vs everyone else's 5G (Zero1,Vivifi,zym,CMLink)
I would expect it to be similar during non peak and more curious if there’s significant differences during peak. Let’s wait for the tests.

Zero1 during peak has been excellent for me. 40 to 60mbps driving everywhere and over 100mbps consistently. This is on their 4g $10 plan.

On m1 Maxx during peak hours 1mbps to 3mbPS 😂😂😂
