got a question


I just received the sim card, activated and it shows pending on the dashboard

but when I insert the sim card into my phone, the sim shows disabled

zero1 doesn't give temp number until port over is completed?

If u are doing number porting, u activate is not enough.

Must wait for the porting to be completed to use your line.

Will my current starter plan get 200gb?

i still see 100gb in my account.

My account is showing 100GB local. But I do have 600GB roaming for Malaysia & 2GB for MIITTP.

Seems like it’s based on your sign up promotion.

i see, yup, i got the same. i guess it's alright.

zym will upgrade for their existing customers.

Just received an email from zero1 upgrading me from Starter Prime to Streamo Bold. Anyone knows whether the price remains at $7.06 per month?
