Got the following from Zero1 CSO :

1) All bills cycle is by calendar month, instead of previously mentioned 4 different billing cycles. Is anyone seeing a different billing cycle ?

2) The only physical sign up location is Harper Road

3) 5G+ targeted roll out is by end Dec 2025, and even new subscription now requires sim swap.
That sounds like we are looking at the later part of Q4 rather somewhere within Q4.
It could end up to be a tight switch from 5G NSA to 5G SA.

4) VoWiFI is confirmed for all plans that "support Singtel network compatibility", whatever that is supposed to mean.

EDIT : VoWIFI doesn't work despite what Z1 claims. When I reached out to them again, now they say they don't support VoWifi/Wifi calling.

oh this one, what did zero1 replied? I am also interested to know what is their billing cycle.

Or did they change their billing cycle to calendar month ?

Their exact statement as follows :
"Each account has only 1 billing cycle, starting from SIM activation date.
For example, if a line is activated on 19th Sep, charges from 19-30 Sep will be pro-rated in the first bill.
There is only 1 bill cycle which is Cycle 1"

My interpretation is that they now follows calendar month, but the way they describe it is certainly open to interpretation.

Surprised that the porting went through from Saturday to Sunday. 4g activated but no 5g. In the system, it's still showing as pending though
How long did the system take to correct itself and for the 5g to get provisioned after porting was done?

Went to change from physical sim to esim at their customer service Center at Harper Point on a Saturday afternoon.

Took about 10min plus, all done and activated. $5.45 fee.

Essentially it is free for the first time. Unless you decide to change. If no charge. Imagine the whole lot of us keep asking to change from psim to esim and vice versa.
No wonder so many telco stick to psim, no need to deal with such "nonsense"
