Can always go down to Harper point just behind tai seng mrt to collect . After that take a train down to Dakota old airport road for the tasty lor mee or whitely road prawn noodle , after which chuck down a glass of fruit juice and you are good to go and experience the power of zero 1 5g

Hi tomorrow I will be porting out from m1 Maxx. Last week my helpers port-in was a success but it was done at Harper point by the staff .

I have received the z1 SIM card in my mailbox . I’m thinking if I initiate the port in at 12noon vs 9pm tomorrow on 25 Nov 2025, will either timing to trigger the activation still lead to the same overnight porting and by next morning up and ready ?

Any specific cut off time that I must trigger to be considered for the day ?

Usually, the cut-off time is before 5 pm on most Telcos ... just to be safe

when did you apply?
Nov 15. This morning they email me with this "We have escalated your case to Singpost to investigate with regards to the non-receipt of the SIM card delivery package.

Singpost will need 3 working days to revert back with investigation results.

Rest assured that we are following up your case closely.

Appreciate your kind patience in this matter."

I even down to their office yesterday to ask if can self collect instead but need pay $5 plus for the sim which doesn't make sense.

I just replied them with a disappointment compo to ask if can waive off the fee for me to self collect instead. Pending reply

By the time Singpost reply you will be almost hitting the 14 days mark.
That's crazy.

This sort of delivery issue is just unlucky .. I will just head down to their office to get a SIM with a waiver if possible. I won't wait for it.

He appears to have already done that, but Z1 wants to charge him.

This is my reply to them

"I waited for quite a while and now i still need to for the results. And after the results, i still need to wait again for the sim card to resend again which will add up to a week plus?

I even took the trouble and went down yesterday, spoke to Ram, to ask if can self-collect instead but was told there will be a charge of $5 plus which doesn't make sense.

This is the first time encountering such issue as I've no issues when I've port over to other companies with mail delivery. This is disappointing.

Is your side able to waive off the $5 plus fee for me to head down to your office to self collect instead? As this is taking too long and causing a lot of inconvenience ."
