But the investors and shareholders can only be jumping around, the market is ultimately the pay master, afterall, that is the way it is. Unless there is another round of buy over deal (should be soon?), else, improving ARPU is just not possible.

Given the current situation, i think it is not up to them to decide, the market dictates the price, the market does not care about their ARPU anyway.

I know the discussions here tend to be more focused on the MVNOs plus SIMBA's plans. But in reality Singtel/M1/Starhub MNO plans may still be the dominant plans in the market.

StarHub has raised the price of the 5G Lite plan from S$22 to S$25 (if with Passion Care offer, from S$17.6 to S$20).

Singtel has kept the special recontract SIM Only offer at S$15.28 per month (plain 5G+ plan) but they also try to promote the S$19.25 per month 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan with better roaming bundles.

2. Two more changes for references.
1) StarHub has also raised the lowest StarHub Prepaid price plan from S$10 (legacy StarHub Prepaid S 5G plan, only 80GB data) to S$12 (4G plan but more data). The new StarHub Prepaid 5G Core plan is at S$15 per month.

2) Singtel hi! has removed the S$2 OFF PostPaid plan port-in offer for the S$15 5G plan. They only have limited time promotion for one or two months free now.

Just FYI on more price increase from Singtel Senior Plan and Gomo.

Gomo price increase: 5G+ Value plan from S$18.33 to S$19.99.

Gomo 4G Pro with 24 months of 5G+ also increased the price from S$15 to S$15.99 per month.

You have to check when did they sign up as the contract terms and conditions for the Singtel senior plan kept changing over time. If their contract is expiring on Oct 2026 then likely they signed up during the period where it was $6 but will revert to $12 after 1 year.

When it first launched it was $6 then after 1 year it will revert to $12.

If you are intending to stay in Singapore and not travelling anytime soon, stay with your current plan.

Because if you give in and upgrade, you will be paying $0.64 for something you would never use monthly.

I guess you are on the $7 plan, so it still have some entitlements to regional countries right? It should be more than enough

Just ported 1 of my sim card from 8 to 0. Collected and activated the card in the afternoon, same night received SMS, ported successfully. Fast and furious.
