Others quote high. High already nevermind, havent include additional costs. BlindXpert quote the most affordable and price is nett. Will is a patient guy and professional to address the condition/situation before his workers fix the blinds.

Anyone can share how well the 5% porosity keeps rain out? I want the porosity to be able to see through, but wonder how much rain gets in... does it drip down the blinds from inside to create a pool of water? Will there be fine mist coming in?

Quality so so, easily faulty, remote every year have problem. Worst case after warranty, service is suck! No respond, quoted like charging BMW or Benz, site visit $120, say change remote another $100-200. Comment so expensive, no respond anymore. Blind can't open now, very BAD!!!!

Blindxpert had done Zip track at Living Hall and Roof Top + Zip track at my Master Bedroom on this month (Jul 2021). Today, just happened has heavy rain and both balcony cannot be used.
1. 1 side of the panel at Living Hall cannot closed completely
2. My balcony at Master Bedroom flooded with rain due to the roof top done by Blindxpert is leaking

I sent the video and photos to the Sales Person but just get ignored. Only called me and asked me back “What happened with my balcony” when I said will report to CASE.. So, you know what kind of quality and After Sales Service is providing by this Company. I can share the Videos and Photos if needed.

I install normal window and grill and paste frosted sticker on the window. Mine also facing lift.
Dun see the need to install zip track at service yard.

Hi, has Blindxpert made good the installation? I got a quote from them which i think is competitive but am now concern of their service. Anyone can share a reliable company which is not overprice?
