I noticed them popping up on mynextcom's site, with their NVidia offerings undercutting everyone else's prices significantly :D

Anyone knows which distro ZOTAC is under and how long their warranty is? (Though I'm not expecting it to be more than 2 years.)

No I didn't mention that. In any case may I know where is beyond geek physically located? Thanks

Last time I RMA-ed my Zotac motherboard, 1-on-1 exchange with the owner, Dennis. I think his office is in Toa Payoh.

Superb service standards, please support this distro's brands.

He is popular on the blue forums and is known by his username, Dr Disciple.

As far as i know from the other side, Zotac card comes with 5 yr warranty and as long as they have stocks on hand, it is a 1 to 1 exchange.

That's nice. Only thing I can't find the office address on their website.

Can't even find his office for RMA purpose. Wth this guy is doing??
Offering excellent customer service for the products that he carry, arguably one of the best DIY pc part distro in SG. What has he done to you to warrant that tone? :s11:
Zotac Motherboards/Zboxes are under Beyond Geek but new Zotac GPUs will be under Tech Dynamic.

Thats unfortunate :(

I think the point here is trust. I have never dealt with beyond geek before and therefore I do not know who or how they operate. From a buyer perspective, it is always natural to be cautious. Don't tell me you would gladly fork out your hard earned money and hand it over to a stranger?

At least knowing the physical location can be an assurance and gain trust from potential customers. Or is he operating from his residential address?

With the new distro, i believe the warranty is 3 years by Tech Dynamic and another 2 years with zotac direct.

DD has been lurking the in forums for a long time.

A simple Google should come out some positive result.

No one would like to tarnish their reputation that was built from ground up and let alone sexposed himself on the FB making an easy target to hunt.

I just deal with DD despite no actual meet up or any purchase from him before. All these trust was shown in the forum he lurks and also through friends recommendations.

i have a zotac z77 itx, imported it from china at cost of sgd150(after shipping)
pretty decent features and has never given me stability issues, but i have a personal preference for the bios of the asus maximus(i have a z68 gene) which seems to have more oc options and is less headachey.

for one, i can't find cpu pll voltage to lower it, and it has some max amperage and max turbo amp to enter that gets me all confused.

never knew there was a zotac singapore distri!
