doesn't suit me. it'll be back to $30 after 2nd month as we know how GOMO runs their promo as usual. 100GB is a 1st month gimmick as usual too. just moved over from GOMO. plus the Samsung Buds makes perfect sense for me, i always easily pair my Samsung phones to my Samsung buds.
yeah. gomo has no full service for auto roaming also, u cannot make outgoing roaming call like vivifi or zym..
so far, i would say zym is the best singtel MVNO in terms of the features.
1) rollover data (which vivifi does not have, this is useful especially if u sign the 70GB plan which you are likely to have extra to rollover monthly, i have issue with surviving for 50GB from vivifi plan previously)
2) free gift with short contract of 1 year only
3) Viu Premium x 24 months (unique to zym), good for those who like to watch korean dramas, however, to be fair, i dun really watch it that much, but it is always a bonus to have extra.
4) physical store - easier for sign-up with free gift, or any issue can look for them at store.
5) transparent price plan - $18 gives u 50GB monthly permanently, unlike vivifi, normal days it is 30GB + 20GB (promo) for the same price and it last for 12 months only, unless u sign up during the promo time that makes the 50GB permanent.
6) data is running slower than vivifi (at least for my personal usage), my usage since 8 feb to 25 feb is 19.2GB. while previously i finished up 50GB before one month is even up.
the only complaint probably is only the online support. i sent an email to them on 12 feb, and i even received the acknowledge from them on the receipt of my request, however, there is no response from them totally. I actually asked them what is the actual 'managed speed' after using up the data. luckily they have physical store, worst case can go there to settle things.
good thing is that i dun expect much issue that i need to contact them.
even next time port-out no need to contact them just directly sign up a new line at other MVNO with port-in will do.
