doesn't suit me. it'll be back to $30 after 2nd month as we know how GOMO runs their promo as usual. 100GB is a 1st month gimmick as usual too. just moved over from GOMO. plus the Samsung Buds makes perfect sense for me, i always easily pair my Samsung phones to my Samsung buds.

yeah. gomo has no full service for auto roaming also, u cannot make outgoing roaming call like vivifi or zym..

so far, i would say zym is the best singtel MVNO in terms of the features.
1) rollover data (which vivifi does not have, this is useful especially if u sign the 70GB plan which you are likely to have extra to rollover monthly, i have issue with surviving for 50GB from vivifi plan previously)
2) free gift with short contract of 1 year only
3) Viu Premium x 24 months (unique to zym), good for those who like to watch korean dramas, however, to be fair, i dun really watch it that much, but it is always a bonus to have extra.
4) physical store - easier for sign-up with free gift, or any issue can look for them at store.
5) transparent price plan - $18 gives u 50GB monthly permanently, unlike vivifi, normal days it is 30GB + 20GB (promo) for the same price and it last for 12 months only, unless u sign up during the promo time that makes the 50GB permanent.
6) data is running slower than vivifi (at least for my personal usage), my usage since 8 feb to 25 feb is 19.2GB. while previously i finished up 50GB before one month is even up.

the only complaint probably is only the online support. i sent an email to them on 12 feb, and i even received the acknowledge from them on the receipt of my request, however, there is no response from them totally. I actually asked them what is the actual 'managed speed' after using up the data. luckily they have physical store, worst case can go there to settle things.

good thing is that i dun expect much issue that i need to contact them.

even next time port-out no need to contact them just directly sign up a new line at other MVNO with port-in will do.

I ZYMed in Wed evening and it got ported in the midnight.
Now i have vivifi(S9+) and zym(S21 Ultra) and ZYM upload is always half of Vivifi. Download is almost the same.
Buds 2 eta date is 10 march already

did u get the additional 20GB for first 3 months for your sign-up?

dun think it is a concern at all. one will not even need that kind of bandwidth in real life as u are just doing things on ur mobile phone.

if u have used orange colour MNP or their MVNOs then u will know that u can hardly hit even 20 to 30Mbps of speed most of the time at most of the places.

singtel network is still the best that i really hardly experience the situation that there is no network coverage or need to manually turn on and off airplane mode or restart phone in order to have mobile data again like certain orange colour mobile network.

It has rollover data but I forgot to ask if got unlimited with throttled speed after data used up, damn!
Just signed up zym 9.9 plan. Free reno Bluetooth headset (those with a neck sling type) given on spot and viu redemption letter sent to your email before you even stepped out of the outlet. And no crowd lol

9.90 plan no unlimited data so once hit 9gb then what happens? Zym charges you exceed data usage? How much per gb? Cannot find the info in their website, anyone knows?

I just sign up the 22SGD plan at waterway point. Samsung Earbud is out of stock will come like mid march to go waterway point to collect again with the letter issued will call me before going down not to waste trip.

Viu 24 months is given to my e-mail once I sign up immediately now I sign up new account or login key in the activation code will do.

Call no VOLTE. But I using Samsung A52s phone updated to latest firmware Android version 12, using Singtel Postpaid Access point as prompted. When I had a voice call, the line dropped to 3G or H+ done a speed test download is 10MBPS at least and upload is 1MBPS at least. But call the voice call in 4G+ switch instantly download over 50MBPS and upload over 10MBPS. tested in Yishun. So on voice call still can have very good speed and voice quality is clear too. The data never got cut I think so.

I port out my vivifi no early this month for the zym free gift before the 2 billing cycles. Just received my final bill (2nd bill) of vivifi, I was charged for $18 this month and nothing else. 😜

so technically just lugi for 20+ days of subscription which is not too bad. Haha.
