last month i got a line from zym and it came with a FOC 3GB data only line. Ported out the main line, and my FOC line still live and app only shows 1 line active and $0.

Must remind each other that the free line is only for 1 year.
after that will charge $ ...

Yes.

It's kind of weird, they never put in the T&Cs, if the main line is terminated or ported out, the free line will be terminated or be chargeable.

Nowadays still have the free 3gb sim ma? Is it just for porting? Thanks

Anyone encounter what calling via whatapps, there is no ringtone. The other party using Starhub.

if it is whatsapp call, it is using internet call, it has nothing to do with zym or your network operator.

Unless you are taking about normal voice call. what do you mean by no ringtone. Do you mean you call out to other people using starhub, no dailing tone? then it might be whatsapp issue. Try using wifi if issue persist. you might not have internet access, hence no dailing tone
