Guild Wars 2. Ping was 200-250 all the while, but since last week it's around 300+ and tonight it's over 400+

yishun was down at 12 noon today. when the network is up, the speed test is 586 download and 390 upload. ping is 11ms. I am on 2GB. What the **** is happening VQ??

I strongly encourage everyone who want to sign up with vq to think twice... I am a pioneer subscriber and is hating it now.... service standard down and frequent outage...
