hmm, i am also mid 40s uncle liao, so I should start to quickly max out SA (cash top-up, OA > SA) to hit FRS before reaching 55? Also, should I also max out my MA to 60K BHS and then allow the monthly CPF contributions to flow to SA?
crimsontactics, you transferred every single cents from oa->sa in the yr of 2019?
anyway here's mine:

Low oa cuz used to pay for housing like most singaporeans out there.
Just managed to hit SA-FRS couple of months ago via oa->sa transfer.
uncle @40
yup, that's the general consensus here for both your questions...
oa > sa could be accelerated if you no longer need to pay for mortgage and/or no intention to get another property.
Bro, you top up your MA today to 60K ah? Via paynow?

I am so inspired by Uncle Skenny's $25k CPF-OA interest. Thats OA only! Thats more than ASSI! (I only saw ASSI's 2016 CPF number in his blog, I can't find him showing his 2019 CPF?)
This year I plan to do monthly $1k CPF Housing loan refund! I'll consider it like a regular savings plan!![]()
