7M loose change, no need to sell

last round we heard the young couple bought it for $6M+ wor,value for money lar. I can only hope by my retirement time I can rent it to live in with my sons families

actually.....Jadescape 5BR all facing north-west de,i also don't know why THAT country investors came to buy up almost the whole block

Maybe not investors bought. Maybe qingjian gift to guanxi biz partner/gov official.

the 4BR-suite with private lift is the best unit 4 blocks all facing south(griffin school side) therefore developer join the top floor pairs to form a penthouse,don't think can split to sell but can buy and let 2 sons families live in together

this is the piece together floor plan,but I suspect the 2 private lifts can open to inward facing sides then the original lift lobby became usable area on both ends. the centre grand entrance has 2 private lifts coming in

so big to rent give $12k a month can or not?

I don't think there's anything wrong with people from that country buying Jadescape.

Even Singaporeans also prefer buying overseas developments built by Singapore developers.

There will be new residential plots to the north of Jadescape.

Good news is it will help to block Jadescape from bright hill columbarium and crematorium. Also, more residential supply will be on the way.

Bad news is more blocked views as all the buildings will be quite high.

yes therefore as i said already JS the 4BRsuite units are best in layout and facing that's how the developer assign the joint units as penthouse
i thought they would put 5BR units in facing south

i also quite like the 4br suite. just cant get past the fact that block10 not released yet but alr indic pricing so damn ex. any thoughts on stack 45 vs 43?
