Most welcome. I just tested on my SD HKG N20U. Starhub really no volte. I set to on already also Don have. Both m1 and singtel also have. Shld be starhub side issue already.

This is likely a HK/TW firmware problem?

In Feb 2020, when I bought my Note 10+ TW, I had a Starhub and M1 line. Both Starhub and M1 were successfully VOLTE enabled on both SIM card slots.

A few weeks later, there was an update that after that caused me to lose Starhub VOLTE.

Worse I also lost mobile connectivity as the APN was no longer picked up and I had to enter it manually. I had 4G connection but no VOLTE. Obviously this must be a Samsung HK/TW firmware issue that no longer provided support for Starhub VOLTE.

As the SIM card and my Starhub line was working fine when I switched back to the previous firmware.

There was no problem with M1 and I subsequently ported over to Singtel later.

I assumed that it was a firmware problem that would be eventually fixed.

Bro DigDub, was the APN auto detected for Starhub SIM? It seems that they have dropped support for Starhub inadvertently (or otherwise).

No it doesn't auto detect the apn, had to manually enter myself. I had s10e SD and got volte. So maybe firmware issue.

Normally is the service provider side need do thing...call them to have hd voice activate for u...

Yes, so it seems from Note 10 plus firmware after March, the starhub volte got dropped unintentionally, I guess.

You're right because S10+ HK set, I was using starhub then and it was volte enabled as well. Only noticed it gone after the n10+ event above. Omg so it has been missing all this while?

Through S20U and N20U? I'm already on ST & M1 so never noticed.

U can just put the apn as shwap and leave the rest as it is then save it. This works for me on my s20+ snapdragon. Although, i have the same issue as some others regarding the volte for starhub, does not have volte even after turning it on as well.
