i understand you may be intellectually disabled, but the key point of the sentence is "if you yourself did not ensure it in the first place with the sellers from China" ........

Oh fyi ranting = speaking at length in an angry and impassioned way.

contradicting lei :s22:

Why need to furnish details if the guy only asked if the matter resolved? Guess you are the type to bark the entire day full of details up a tree without knowing whats even up there. its ok i understand

But i myself prefer to answer what was asked.

yes i agree times are tough hence cheapos need to write Long WOT autistic child like rants

Btw since you sound so pro with all these shipping and stuff , how come still need to come HWZ kao beh kao bu and still need to go until case? so clever dunno how to handle your shipping properly need to come online forum to kao beh boost ego?

Anyway ...you want to continue assume things , come online to chest thump like gorilla up to you la.

clearly, you are the one having issues with the community. if you want to compare and see who has more "support" here, clearly you are the only one barking :s13:
am I the only one that feels you are a nuisance ? :)

so now you asked me back why need to furnish details when the other guy only ask a simple question "was it resolved?"
if you missed out what ultrawoman posted, because your sentence made people think that you are in the right and the forwarder is in the wrong, is this valid enough ?

instead your ego gets in your way and because you want to argue with me; of cause you wont furnish details :s22:

and you say since I so pro at shipping stuffs, oh please dont make me laugh, I am not a forwarder, I am just a user, why I need to come HWZ kpkb ?
oh so I active in forum also need to answer you ? :s13:
for **** sake, you are in EDMW section, get it straight :s13:

Well I bite the bullet and engaged taobao2sg (buy for me service) to ship some wooden item(approx 11kg) to me. Let's see how it goes :)

my reply to him was simply what taobao2sg replied to me ,if the guy wanted to know why its not resolved i would have explained it to him in detail what happened.

"A forwarder responsibilities is only to ship item to you and not ensure your item is in good condition if you yourself did not ensure it in the first place with the sellers from China." ........ i do not dispute this fact but the thing i did ensure proper packaging but before he was aware of the information, straight away start attacking

when one does not have the full information does a normal person start ranting or ask for further details first ? if one does the latter it only proves the intelligence of the person.

you did say and still believe that forwarder's responsibilities is to ensure your china products get delivered to you in good condition and you will not expect otherwise.

the conclusion and fact is that many things can happen during shipping, so even if you see from the picture that taobao2sg took is in good condition, when reached your doorstep it may not be in that good condition.

when such situation arises, and you wish to seek justice out of your product damages, then one has to fall back to the T&C of the company, in this case the forwarder, and in this case, they are not liable.

this case is closed, dont understand why the two of you had to argue in such a manner. I am not siding anyone, the Windz guy could have said it in a nicer tone I agreed, but you are no better when you start a whole text of personal insults. but truth be told, actually what Windz said is true about the responsibility and whether a forwarder is liable for your damages.

Well that’s reassuring, I hope my experience will be positive too. I shall report back here when I receive my items.

Guys, if I wanna buy things in bulk like toilet paper (my friend sent me a 4ply one, and I'm sold! The brand is Face), lao gan ma, 嗨吃家。 Which forwarder is better for this? Gam sia deep deep!

Feedback from my malaysian friend that this type of good quality pang sai chua will clog malaysia toilet because quality is good. Make sure you don't throw into sg toilet too.

Anyone used their air (courier) before?
I am 1st time trying them.

Need to check with her again tomorrow. :s22:

plants?

taobao sells plants for really cheap, but doesn't let me ship direct. most forwarders also don't allow. does anyone know any good forwarders for small quantities? i don't want to pay for like 10kg minimum purchase when the plant is 500g...

how to ship plants?

minimum air freight fastest need 1 week maybe plus a few days. by the time the plants arrive they are wilted.

maybe u can ask the seller to ship direct using shun feng express. recently a seller told me SF express 3-4 days but around 140 rmb for a small package.

thanks for replying! i'm actually planning on buying cacti so the time shouldn't be too much of an issue, just that taobao tells me 'item unavailable in your country' or something like that when i actually buy the plants. the only way i can get rid of the message is if i change to a non-singapore address.

i can't figure out how to actually order the plants :(

Well that’s reassuring, I hope my experience will be positive too. I shall report back here when I receive my items.

Just a simple review based on my personal experience with taobao2sg using their "buy for me service"

Overall experience for me is positive because despite the delay in shipment at least when I whatsapp them they respond. However I would not recommend their service for time sensitive order.

Timeline:

26/5/2020-Payment made to taobao2sg via paynow for my order
30/5/2020-Item shipped out from China
16/6/2020-Item collected by me

I was informed that sea shipping turn around time is about 10-14days, however shipment only arrive in SG on the 14/6/2020 which exceeded the time frame. Reason given by company was attributed to extended custom checks.

As I opt for self collection, I was only able to get hold of my order on the 16/6/2020 approximately 9pm.

I've shipped LCL via Oops Singapore before.

Takes about 3 to 4 weeks +/-.

Really? Thats what I expect too but I dont know why Opps told me mine was shipped out on 11/04/2020 and expect to get by this weekend. I stunned cause I timed my renovation handover accordingly. Abit too fast right? But OOps said so...

Anyone shipped glassware (cups / bowls) from taobao? Any agent to recommend?

I thought of using taobao's consolidation shipping but the boxes always come damaged and I wish not to receive any broken glasses...
