Absolutely correct! 100m new cars are bought every year. Although the EV segment is now very small, it is expected to dominate in the future. It can easily accommodate many EV players.

Apple car will cost 10x as much as a Tesla, have it's own proprietary charging port and impossible to take apart unless you bring it to an Apple service center. Also, top speed will drop by 1/2 after 1 year from a firmware update to 'conserve battery power' :s13:

Seriously u bet on them delivering the car in 2024? Please la. Dyson also say want to build electric car in Singapore. All the marketing and hype.

Woohoo Apple car! Glad I bought some shares after I realised how many Apple product I own. Apple car has been in development hell for years tho... not expecting much to happen

It is a weird market. Apple talk about a car and its stock price shoot up on just talk. I m not complaining though. AAPL is now my largest position - since I sold my TSLA yesterday.
