Life is all about acting, when you are acting in your work role you have to show one face, then when you go out and help people with FS and bazi is a different story.

Last time when I was a team leader I was not very welcome by my team members, because I will micro manage them gg... then I got back fire because they always CSI me if in opi or outside....

Do you know my boss dun even talk to me sometime for 1-2 weeks... but he is aware what I am working on (besides on edmw during opi hour). He only asks for what he wants and I deliver. Anything in between he does not bother.

I'm doing sales.. so the KPI is straightforward.

My boss also wouldn't bother about what I do in between so I'm quite happy too.

I opined the difficult part lies not in managing people.. but in managing these people's expectations and output. Most people tend to have a high opinion of themselves.
