I went to the link of peel protection and read it.

I have some questions that I want to find out. What are the differences between a replacement and a trade-in ?

If possible can you answer some questions below.

1) If I wish to do a replacement, does it mean I just have to pay S$99 ?

2) If I wish to do a trade-in, does it mean I can get a $120 off-set for a new chair to pay at a lower cost for the available trade-in chairs ? What exactly it means ?

3) Both replacement and trade-in requires me to bring down the original chair to the warehouse if I opt for no two way transport ?

4) Exactly, what model and type of quality chair will I be replaced with if I opt for a replacement ? Can I choose the softweave version instead ?

to be honest, there are so many better focused quality and comfortable office chairs used in mnc offices and cheaper.

my colleagues in mnc even bring back to wfh

My chair in this state in the picture because I turn on aircon and went to work but windows never open then everytime come back home windows also not open then turn on aircon.

The air in my room no circulate during the day cause the PU leather to peel.

I went with the competition, and the leather option still tong till now 2 years no issue and it on comex too

generally can ask those mnc prourement team ppl.ask them wad kind office chairs is good, they can list all the top 5 brands except secret lab.

any chair,laptop,whatever matter they have to discard or trade off is a extra finance cost and work for them.

so they know which is best laptop, monitor,chairs tad can last long and good pricing,

No need buy so expensive brand.. buy a unknown brand and online buy chair cover... I bought 2 sets of chair cover, 1 for use and the other 1 for spare.. switch for washing

Correct. SL chairs are generally not used in office.

At home quite OK. It's comfortable.

Secretlab now not bad liao, their latest 2022 version is 12x more durable PU leather than existing 2018 prime 2.0 model.
I replaced it and they gave me prime 2.0 leather, only 4 x more durable than pre-2016 models. And I can tell the leather is much better.
I guess their 2022 leather which proclaimed 12x better than my current one will not have wear and tear issue.

Even If I exchange now I think I will only get the Prime 2.0 leather and not the new 2022 leather ..

By the way, my chair in the picture is a first version bought in december, year 2015.
I tahan for 2 or 3 years of peeling before I saw the replacement program.
