looking at the current market, I've elected to take all cash. My average price for the counter is about $2.25, so my capital gain is like 5% after holding the counter for 10 years+ (which is probably about 0.3-0.4% CAGR o_O:eek:).... lucky can collect pretty decent dividends all the way. 😅

There is a real risk that SPHReit price will decline further so I had better get out now.

What's the difference to taking all cash option at $2.36 or selling it now for $2.36?
You can't even sell it now because it has already been suspended. :s8:

And if you have not already submitted your election by yesterday, then it's too late now to take cash anyway. :look:

Did anyone get the money yet? By right, it should be credited. Strangely, I have not. Shares in CDP and using DBS.
