I don't see any option for trade up/down odd lot for sph reit.

That's because it has not started yet

If you opt for SPH REIT, you will only be credited with it on 12 May (same dater as the cash payment portion).

The odd lot arrangement period will be from Thursday, 12 May 2022 to Thursday, 23 June 2022

Guys , need to affix stamp for letter to be sent to SPH to accept cash offer? Last time this kind of letter no need stamp to be affixed sia, but now seems like there is statement quoting “ to affix adequate postage here”

2.40 is because sph reits is valued at 1.02. but it is now 0.955. 1.602+ 0.955*.782 = 2.349

i think 2.36 is better.
