ChaNge diet first , sleep 7hrs, drink enough water and exercise minimally 150mins a week. Still high , go on statins

Not nice le. I prefer add some chocolate, banana, blackberry and avocado. Top with some honeyTake oats every morning. Add tumeric powder and blended garlic.![]()
U cannot 100 percent jiak non processed. 80 percent already is damn good. Eat kfc chicken with coleslaw and mineral eater. Fish soup add fish with half bowl rice. Chicken rice with half rice and more cucumber. The list goes on . . . I followed a 80 percent whole diet sometimes eat as much as 6 eggs a day buy my cholesterol readings is healthy. Yet my slim wife who just avoid high cholesterol food like egg yolks is suffering from high cholesterol.
