Anyone got high cholesterol? What food can help to reduce it?

No fast food. No snacks. No coffee.
Green tea, oat milk, more vege.
Sleep early wake up early.
Try 3 months
No need exercise one.

Drink fresh coconut water with its flesh (preferably from the fruit itself and not those in cardboard). 1 coconut per day. Once your cholesterol level has stabilized, can move to 1 coconut every 2 days to save money.
Cholesterol maybe down, but confirm tio diabetes.

Correct! But no doom lah… eat medicine lor… i tried really cut all fats for 3months… exercise min 30mins most days… in the end only manage to cut 10%... So doctor told me to just bite the bullet n eat medicine! Unless u only boderline fail then can try diet n exercise… if not genetic is llpl…

Dun have to every meal is superfood healthy or vegan.
Maybe like every alternate lunch eat healthy. Eat less for dinner. No supper.
Exercise is very impt.

I ownself is believe oats, Natto and garlic.
Worked well for me.

What matters is the cholesterol ratio, not the total. Sugar is the culprit.. check out Dr Sten Ekberg and Eric Berg on YouTube.

Eat shan zhar or drink the Shan zhar flower water can help.

I tried before. make my sai damn hard and constipation sometimes.
jiak oatmeal and enough water sai soft soft
The dietician good or not?

Later spend half your life waiting for referral and referral date then end up the dietician tell u every meal eat plain oats then how?
u jiak half serving and half of other stuff :unsure:

BBFA like me got high cholesterol.

Got any food that can help reduce the high cholesterol?
Cut out food that used coconut milk to cook like curry lontong nasi lemak Laksa etc
Cut out all Fried food and all internal organs.

Eats more salad with avocado

Stops drinking soup and stops eating kway chup and for cai peng and chicken rice or duck rice or char Siew rice, asks for plain rice and don’t add the sauce which is cooked repeatedly in their fat Which leads to high cholesterol

stay with a "always hungry" diet.
reduce carbo intake.
