It is a new rewards programme to replace tapformore!
. Is yuu Rewards Club replacing TapForMore Loyalty Programme? You will no longer be able to earn TapForMore points on 27 Oct 2022. Yuu Rewards Club is a new and better app-based rewards programme that allows you to earn rewards points at the current TapForMore merchants and other places, and you can track your rewards points earned or redeem them anytime, anywhere.

In conjunction with the launch of the loyalty platform, yuu and DBS bank have released the DBS yuu Card, a new co-branded credit card, designed to help members earn and accumulate rewards at a much faster rate.

Looks interesting.

But doesn't look easy to hit the 30x points
- Minimum $80 per transaction for extra 10x points. This one a headache. How to spend $80 at breadtalk toast box, food junction etc
- Minimum S$400 per month for 5200 points (13x points), not easy unless u shop at giants or cold storage alot

And only limited time promo.

I guess one thing you can do is to buy DFG vouchers and slowly spend.

The points earned is Yuu points, not DBS points. Did they state what can the points used for? Redeem cash rebate? Redeem miles? Can't find the info...

I find it puzzling that UOB one credit card gives 5% rebate on purchases at Dairy Farm group, but it is POSB/DBS that has Passion Card "Tap-for-more" points for Dairy Farm group....

PAssion card TFM points was People's Association's tieup with Dairy Farm Group. In turn POSB had a partnership with PA for the POSB PAssion debit card.

Last time UOB had a cobranded card with DFG called the Delight Card but it was terminated. UOB had to find a way to replace the card's benefits so they subsumed it under UOB One cards.

Of course, you're perfectly at liberty to use your UOB One Card to earn 5% rebate for DFG and scan the yuu app for 1X points (0.5% cashback), just like how you would with PAssion card previously.

Ended up with a curious case of using PAssion card of TFM, but paying using UOB one .....
