Atleast Kyith from Investmentmoats shares his portfolio openly. This guy is a typical charlatan newsletter seller.
Kyith has a pretty serious blog - but he is more of a personal finance blog than investment blog.

I suppose he is a licensed advisor with MAS so he cannot give specific investment advice on his blog.

There is a certain irony about this. Qualified advisors like Kyith have certain restrictions placed on them but those doing it for 'entertainment purposes' are allowed to post their stock recommendations freely.

yup its for entertainment. This format of "How I will invest $xxxxx" seems to originate from Motley Fool which is another blog not to be taken seriously.

if you see the list of his previous articles, he got several "How I will invest $xxxxxx" type of articles, and the stocks on the list seems to be always changing - if his list of stocks constantly changes, thats trading rather than investing
I think 2023 and 2024 is still about faang, Berkshire. I think SG and reits may not be good

thats right.
back to sq 1.

going with "wrong" counters is always disappointing.
I would say your mistake was to continue hanging around when you had made almost 200% returns over a 2 yrs period. Many investors do the same mistake and give back their gains to the market.

All the best for the coming year.

I think he has the talent to become a great trader, he just needs to learn risk management.

But no one can know for sure the stocks won't become a multi bagger or 10x. On hind sight maybe should sell half for every 100% gain to lock in some profits.
