so here is the story, just managed to speak to the second CSO after on queue for 32 minutes.
So i called in on Sunday and the first CSO said will check, next day he called me back and said confirm will have rebates and will be in by end Jan. Until today no rebates.
So after speaking to the second CSO just now, she said the transaction not eligible for rebates as the MCC is 8641. However, i told her 8641 is not in the list of excluded MCC under section 2(a)(ii) of the TnC dated 1 Nov 2022.
So wait again for them to check... wtf?
Hope they don’t come back with motherhood statement say what exclusion list is non-exhaustive and can be review by the bank from time to time.. blah blah blah...
