For those who are trading in your old phone, the earliest slot is 8 Mar. I checked with CompAsia, they advised that it is not necessary to schedule after 3 business days (which is per the Samsung and compasia terms & conditions) as the slots are already full, we can schedule to the next available slot. Does anyone here purchase with Singtel and choose the shop to pick up at our own preferred date and time during order? I ordered yesterday and choose to pick it up this Saturday, wondering saturday i travel down to the Singtel shop then they will tell me not yet ready. I will be very very very very upset..

from what i ask, can, even damaged screens. but the phone must be able to turn on... but for those phones display totally cant turn on one, i not sure liao

even the phone display just a white screen (without any image) can be accept

My note 8 has front n back cracked screen & glass. But phone working fine. Trade in value only $10 + $200 overtrade. Guy collected and all ok. $10 nothing for them to deduct also . I used online samsung.com to trade in during preorder btw
