I see cello is part of Samsung as per weblink, so my guess is that it has been passed to the logistics centre of Samsung. They will then engage 3rd party courier to collect and deliver.

CompAsia yesterday and today keep msg me to schedule a pick-up date so login my order to check and it now show "Awaiting dispatch"

Seems like CompAsia get updates of my order as well and faster than me coz I never receive any msg or email from Samsung since 20th May.
