If your status change is today, dont worry. Wait for tomorrow morning, around 9am, you should receive SMS. If have, means you will likely smell your new phone on the day, else, your neck is not long enough yet.

Wait for the next morning after you see the status change to On the way. See if you receive the sms.

That's why best to buy sealed BNIB with invoice! Sure 100% no problems!

I hope Samsung bring back the S20FE mint colour in the next series of S24. Still my favourite colour, hard to find on any brands... :(

They will send an email of confirmation of receive at night around 8-9pm.

Just sharing I received my phone around end of Apr. Scheduled compasia to collect on May 22. They came to collect without asking anything. Seems like it's not restricted to 3 days. 😂

a gal came to collect my S22U... she really check the phone sia... took more than 5 min

i think the 3 days is meant for scheduling the appt after receiving the phone.

BTW, do you guys log out and delete all apps on old phone? Including google email that is tagged to the phone? or you all do a factory reset, but not sure if can log into the phone without entering google acct details?

If the phone comes out of the box with scratches/cosmetic defects, Samsung wont grant 1-1 within 7 days one yea. I think under this clause, you only get 1 day to check the unit for physical damages.

Anyway, most of the units sold by the "entrepreneurs" are likely to be > 1 week old as you will need lead time to market the product.
