how does the various priority scheme stack ah? is there a sequence?

eg Got 100 units then 50% reserved for PPHS, then remaining 50 units has 30% percent reserved for MCPS.
Is the 30% based on 100 units or remaining 50 units? will some some of the PPHS also double count towards MCPS if those applicant has 2 priority schemes?

Basically if you have 2 scheme then you will ballot in the higher scheme follow by lower scheme followed by public no scheme..

What i think is if you fall into the allocated units inside the higher scheme then all behind is void then this result will go into the grand ballot to determine the q position within the number of available units.
If your higher scheme fails then will see your next scheme ballot, if also chui then left no scheme ballot..

MCPS is the lowest available scheme..Inside mcps got higher priority which is mcps(live with parents), live near parents is the lower venture.

You just need prelim to apply for may..But by selection if successful need to have actual hfe letter.

I believe the old thing still stand..Those without can apply but when filtering after closed then they would be rejected..free $10 for hdb.

hi, i've done the prelim checks already and applied for HFE letter. it means my prelim is done right? but idk why they keep saying i dont have the prelim letter.
