I applied for HFE 1 week + ago and when I register for BTO yesterday, I just apply for the BTO as per usual and the HFE number will be tag to my application. I don't need to do extra steps.

1.sys down,any outside hacker or inside sabotage, due to unusual situation.

haha all the people who really need BTO will be gungho and go chase the CS. all the window shopping people will be less motivated to go through so much trouble. good for some people
