Hmm. The databank data would automatically be used when u reach cap for the month. Then I can just send max data at the beginning of month to the data bank then.

GOMO not good. Me and my wifi both same phone same GOMO. He roaming at Msia working. Mine didn’t work.
Lucky I got simba as backup , best is no setup required somemore.
GOMO i set to Hicard also not working

I think Singtel mvno’s generally all have issues during peak along that stretch of circle line all the way to Bishan.

Second that. Even the "Heya by SingTel" also the same as I have noticed espcilaly around MRT stations and inside its cabin.

Switched to gomo last month. Extremely regret. Keep having disconnection from 4G data despite having full strength and under hot sun.

Was on giga previously. Luckily no contract. Going to jump back to giga.

Recently gomo internet access is patchy.. out of sudden very slow. Anyone else experiencing that ?? Thinking of porting out to others to try.
Whats a better alternative?

yes, I'm on 10gb plan and I could bank in 5gb (as long as you have >5gb balance).

Btw, is the donating data function missing in the app?

yeah it's gone... was trying to donate 5gb and found the 'bank' instead.

the bank feature seems to be like a pledge thingy. say you have 8gb and you bank in 5gb (minimum), the balance still shows 8gb (and not 3gb). but the base plan is reduced by 5gb. so you won't know when your base is emptied and they automatically activate the bank's 5gb (?).

would rather see 3gb so that I can monitor my usage and not having to use the bank's 'reserve'. I suspect once activated, it's 5gb deducted each time? need others to test it out...

The data bank is only useful if you have "gift data" which is accessed after you depleted your "base data" which can be difficult if your base data is big and the gift goes wasted after expiry. So the order of usage is base -> gift -> bank.

They could have just simply implemented long expiry rollover instead of this complicated sh*t that only benefits them when consumers forget to bank.

Actually for this banking feature, for the start of the data cycle just bank all in right, since if base data is used up will start using from the bank rite?
