Still need to know increase by how much, redone jump by a lot imo. More than 1%.For sure will increase, else they will earn less.
Last year vivifi announced the increase was just 1%Still need to know increase by how much, redone jump by a lot imo. More than 1%.
If it's just an increase based on GST, then it should be $0.10 increase at most.Still need to know increase by how much, redone jump by a lot imo. More than 1%.
Thanks for this write up! I'm porting from a couple of different carriers and they're still "In Progress" status at 0130, so just emailed them and hoping that it would be processed by early morning. My tips to those who port from ZYM to VIVIFI:
1) Porting will start at 11:04pm sharp (i had ported many times between different telcos also started at almost same timing.
2) The porting is likely to fail. else normal case, it should port before 1am or earlier. As mentioned previously, it should be VIVIFI system problem. (Someone mentioned before that it was due to the first name/last name terbalik problem in their system so does not match and cause porting to fail)
3) Therefore, better check if the porting is successful or not after 2am. If no, immediately email help@vivifi.me to report the issue. They may not read ur email immediately as it is not within office hour, but they will react as soon as they see it. I emailed to them at 6am++ today, and my case is resolved at 10am++. if no, i am sure it will take even longer.
4) If you are an iPhone user, NEVER NEVER insert the new vivifi sim or add the vivifi sim yet to your iPhone, until you see the 'successful' status under the number porting page on VIVIFI website. Else the VIVIFI temp no will follow you forever unless u do a rest on your network settings on your iphone.
Although it is a hassle to port over, but I am graceful that at least there is ONE MVNO on sinktel network that offers esim so that I can use my bolehland hotlink prepaid physical sim (they do not offer esim for prepaid as well) on my iphone.

In theory it shouldn't matter, but from personal experience, switching it off and then re-enabling it gives a better experience. EIther way, you have to pay the activation SMS.Those with iPhones (using iMessage/FaceTime) and ported over, did you disable iMessage and FaceTime for your phone number before you ported? Or just kept it on and then re-registered after porting?
If you bother to read the FAQ you will know it’s normal.Got find vivifi data usage abit weird? It doesnt start with 0GB when just signed up. Talk time and SMS also same.
Thanks for the context. In my case, I had not activated the eSIM prior, so wasn’t too worried about the wrong number being registered, more concerned I couldn’t get my number re-registered after the port in.In theory it shouldn't matter, but from personal experience, switching it off and then re-enabling it gives a better experience. Plus, if it's off, you get to control when you switch it on, so you reduce the chance of having the "wrong number" added to your iMessage account.
Source: Loooong-term iPhone user since the very first 2G.But ironically, I'm on Android now cos of cost.

One time thing? And last for how long?
valid for 12 monthsOne time thing? And last for how long?
My Plus 20Gb plan got a bonus 80Gb and 100min talktime monthly for the next 12 months automatically as goodwill by Vivifi.
They do not reply directly about the issue Becos they do not even acknowledge it. They just fix it silently when they see the email.Just sharing another data point.
Like my message above, I followed your suggestions to email them at 2 in the morning. This morning, at 9am, I checked and the port-ins were successful but I had no email reply from Vivifi.
Not sure if I had just waited it would have been successful, or if the emails sent were processed and they looked at it, but just no replies until later this morning.
