pasir ris flats cannot be too high. think max 12-13 storeys nia. U can go to the BTO Costa Ris opposite MRT to see see look look. They just got a repaint maybe 1-2 years back but I can tell you, their previous coat of paint became super dirty due to the major junction/road beside it.Afraid of bus fumes
Yeah i agree, accessibility should be a major factor into considering the BTO flat, but then again nowadays most of the BTO are near MRT ( those in matured estates that is ).Imo as long the BTO is within 500m radius to a MRT, it would be a PLUS.

For non-mature estates (standard?), second-timer families now only have a 15% allocation of 3-room flats and a 5% allocation for 4-room and bigger flats.
For mature estates (PLH?), second-timer families are still given a 5% allocation of available flats. Additionally, for BTO projects with a shorter waiting time, second-timer families are only given a 5% allocation of the 4-room and bigger flats.
