Afraid of bus fumes
pasir ris flats cannot be too high. think max 12-13 storeys nia. U can go to the BTO Costa Ris opposite MRT to see see look look. They just got a repaint maybe 1-2 years back but I can tell you, their previous coat of paint became super dirty due to the major junction/road beside it.

Any upcoming BTO projects around the east ( preferably Tampines area ) that you guys might know ? :unsure:

Imo as long the BTO is within 500m radius to a MRT, it would be a PLUS.

Lets see :)
Yeah i agree, accessibility should be a major factor into considering the BTO flat, but then again nowadays most of the BTO are near MRT ( those in matured estates that is ).

For non-mature estates (standard?), second-timer families now only have a 15% allocation of 3-room flats and a 5% allocation for 4-room and bigger flats.

For mature estates (PLH?), second-timer families are still given a 5% allocation of available flats. Additionally, for BTO projects with a shorter waiting time, second-timer families are only given a 5% allocation of the 4-room and bigger flats.

Not sure for plus since it would include the current non mature estates too
There are additional priority schemes for second timers and it eats into the tiny 5% allocation.

Some may end up with 1% nia.

The bto plot beside the oct 2024 has until lv18
