Not worth la.

Unless you don't have descendents to pass down property to, then you can sell and live in senior flat while still leading a good life lo.

Hi Bros & Sis, i need some advice on those that has gotten their keys for their BTO or know people that has gotten it, i will be getting my keys in less then 6 months & i'm so looking forward to it ! :love: What do i have to do during the collection of the keys ? Btw this BTO place is at Greenglade Tampines ;)

Boon Keng site tucked beside CTE considered good or not. Kinda far from MRT and go hawker center lagi far. Other than Sheng Siong, all the other amenities are on the other side, near hawker center. But Boon Keng good location.

Why not just walk to Whampoa Market? Closer.

Some might like it that it’s close to Hong Wen School.

I’m also moving into that area, intend to check out the hawker centres in Whampoa, and of course others located slightly further away like Geylang Bahru, Berseh, Golden Mile.

Its slightly further, the bridge over PIE doesn't have lift and walk there is not sheltered :o
