In additional, if you are porting from SIMBA/TPG, M1, My Republic, Circle.Life, Geenet, Changi Mobile, Gorilla Mobile, Starhub, Eight Telecom, redOne, ViviFi, Zero1 or CMLink you shall also get:

✅ All 4G data is transformed into 5G connectivity permanently
✅ 5GB to JP/S.KR/TW/AU/CN/HK/MACAU/PH/VN for 12 months


Looks like only from non ST

Tats correct and I m changing/upgrading the plan dunno hav anot, if dun hav than not worth to upgrade

according to the CS if change plan will also get the 5gb APAC roaming.

impressed by the process and time taken to port. ordered sim card on Tuesday evening 5:20pm, received it on Thursday in mailbox. damn fast.

activated sim card with port in. only 4g on phone. thought i have to wait for 3 working days like last time as i checked no 5g provisioned yet. after 5 to 10mins, receive sms stating roaming add on activated, checked zym app, 5g provisioned, phone is reflecting 5g already. totally impressed sia :s13:

giga line inactive at 11pm at the same day i activated my sim, received giga email on line termination, next morning wake up from sleep and number ported.


move out from giga as i dont like the billing cycle. i like consolidated billing for easier tracking. e.g. my giga lines billing cycles is different for both lines unlike zym which resets at the beginning of month and billing of both lines together instead of separate credit card charges. not a big deal of course, but i just dont like the messy billing cycles, credit card bill with 2 giga charges every month. of course i can use the other method which is to activate sim card on the same day, but lazy to port out and port in again

wow the number porting experience totally diff from mine. activated line on tuesday and nothing ported yet. pretty sure everything is in order.

wow. thats wierd.

you porting from which telco to zym? their FAQ mentioned might take up to 5 business days though. that is the reason why i am totally impressed with this experience compared to the last time i ported to zym which is a year ago

MR. Other MVNOs port 1-3 biz days only they list 5. I wonder why.

I do not see data roaming in Morocco and Africa when I check zym app. Can I check if anyone know this zym mobile has data roaming for Morocco and Africa??

For data roaming pack Zym don't have. Zero1 and CMLink also don't have. Vivifi have but very expensive. https://www.vivifi.me/data-roam/

Zero1 2GO (separate travel SIM/eSIM) have but it's also expensive. https://2go.zero1.sg/product-category/regions/africa/ Otherwise can consider other travel SIM/eSIM.

Does anyone know if ZYM continues to give free 5G access for Roam Plus 4G plan after the first 90days days are up? Thank you.
