Honestly the queries I sent on Friday are not even answered right now. Not to mention the additional questions I asked in the last two days. Monday is almost ending. At least with MR if you email or wait they will reply you. Sigh.

Anyway, change topic, anyone knows anything good to buy with the 50 dollars accessories voucher?

I had the same encounter similar to your 2 other lines.
Hence, I dropped them a message via WhatsApp.
Surprisingly, I received a voice call from ZYM mentioning that they probably have overlooked on my account.
Thereafter, the upgrade was done after few hours later.

Just send to ZYM a WhatsApp message will do.

Thinking of porting over to zym ， how their network reception and 4g and 5g , able to work smoothly mrt underground ? Is their caller id free forever ?

if you use ST before more or less the same .... smooth ?? varies from place to place and person .. up to you to try. Caller ID for MVNO is not chargeable.

Just wondering if you guys get solid 5g icon (i am using samsung phone) most of the time?

Okay thanks. Maybe too paranoid. I kept getting the impression they give me low grade 5g after 90 days. Haha.

This is what i got online - "If your 5G icon has a transparent background, it means that 5G is available, however your device is currently using 4G LTE for data.

If the 5G icon has an opaque background, it means that your device is connected to and using 5G NSA'
