But prosecytion want to dispense with IO
That's the major shocker from today...

From the looks of it, DAG dont want the police testify now. Andre is like he wants and bring it on to discredit the 3 star witnesses more.
Probably, it will cast a huge arse bad light to the COP as well.....

Statement abit wrong, shouldn't it be for most pple even their piak piak also take longer than that! 🤣
Aiya, I cannot speak for most ppl lah....

I strongly believe whoever become rk 队友 will become the frog ferrying the scorpion. PS expel her then edwin go pick her up....

And the scorpion stung gao gao...

Why ?? I believed he is doing damage control.

Anyway, the 3 bff as witness all backfired.
Why dig so much since ps should be not guilty.

Ps award the benefits of the doubt, i think is the verdict.
I am not so optimistic leh. Possible that PS will still be found guilty by that judge.

Why did the prosecution invite LTK as a witness?

He answered literally nothing.

I was initially thinking maybe the prosecution has a big scoop or some evidence from LTK but all his answers are not useful for the prosecution.
I suspect is because of how unexpected the 3 jokers turned out to be, maybe prosecution's planned questions all cannot use.

Think ahboy was also surprised when they mentIoned this 🤣
Ahboy want to cross-examine the police officer tmr to flex muscle, to find loophole about the 3 star witness. They gave different statements to court and police.

Maybe they shd have hired Davinder as PP for 1 month just to handle this case to increase their odds of beating Jumabhoy
I think even Davinder also bo bian, if he has to handle these three unreliable witnesses. :s13:

Raeesah Khan issue a ‘hiccup’ for Pritam Singh: Low Thia Khiang

Speaking to the media outside the court, former Workers’ Party chief Low Thia Khiang gives Pritam Singh a vote of confidence.

He says: “I think this is a hiccup, it’s a process whether you are a new leader or an organisation, in the process of development there’s always hiccups here and there, we must not forget the whole general direction making progress in Singapore.”

Speaking in English and Mandarin, he adds that it has not been long since Singh took over from him as secretary-general of the Workers’ Party (WP). Singh was elected secretary-general in 2018.

When asked if Singh could have handled the matter better, Mr Low says in Mandarin that he thinks Singh has already tried his best.

He adds that in the course of any political party’s or leader’s development, challenging situations will surely occur, and that it was part of the learning process.

“The most important thing is to know how to unite the party.”

Mr Low added that he thinks Singapore is now a mature democracy and voters are mature.

He said: “Voters can make distinction between who is a good politician and who is not a good politician.

“And I believe Pritam is a good politician, he's a capable competent leader with a heart for Singapore and Singaporeans.”

When asked if the issue will hinder his work with the WP Central Executive Committee, which Mr Low remains a member of after having stepped down as secretary-general in 2018, he said: “No it should not, it will not.”

Singh and Mr Low also shared a brief exchange in the court lobby before Mr Low stepped out.

There, Singh apologised to Mr Low Thia Khiang, saying: “Sorry I didn't have many questions for you.

In response, Mr Low wished him good luck.

I suspect is because PP thought LTK and Pritam might have had a complicated relationship regarding the handover of WP leadership to him... and wanted to exploit any opportunity for LTK to speak bad of Pritam.

Luckily it didn't happen and LTK still vouched for Pritam outside the courts.

Good that LTK stood together with Pritam. PAP didn't succeed in driving a wedge between them on this saga and the two also know that more importantly they have to stand together no matter what cos PAP have superior numbers and state organs to fix them.

Dunno what the prosecution is thinking when they listed LTK as prosecution witness...
