If I am not wrong, it should be optional;

They did plug something into the kitchen power outlet during the site visit (a few months before the start of work) and one day before the 10-day period. I do not know what they are testing.

They did not mention replacing the DB box but mentioned side jobs like painting a couple of times.

IMO, the toilet looks a lot brighter due to the white wall tiles.
