Does any know how do I access the service agreement? The link during the sign up don’t work.
The service agreement will be sent to you via email once the installation is done and you signed on their tablet to confirm the installation.

Starhub finally managed to show up and install. So far so good (apart from the GUI password label at a rather inconvenient spot on the router). Will be checking gaming latency over the next few days to see if I am justified in moving away from Singtel...

Also managed to easymesh BE550 to HB710 so that's nice to see too
hi is it easy to easymesh BE550 to HB710?

Yes. connect the HB710 LAN port to BE550 LAN port. Then hold down the HB710 reset button for 5 secs and wait a few minutes. When all the lights settle down, the HB710 should be meshed. You can now disconnect the LAN cable and if you reboot HB710, it will be wireless mesh

Starhub now make 5Gbps at $29.55 available to all. Saw the ads and the landing page yesterday. Previously, they offer and reach out to a certain target audience.

The landing page is
https://www.starhub.com/personal/fo...MI64PZ_vHnigMV0xu3AB2lyin4EAEYASAAEgJoPfD_BwE

Nice. Seems to offer only the ONR option as of now.

Landing page:

The online sign-up link still points to the ONR offer page (same as before).

Hi all,

Can I seek some advice, I have signed up for 5Gbps ONT plan with StarHub. I have bought XE75 Pro (BNIB) but I realised there is only single 2.5gbps port, if I wired backhaul it will be bottleneck to 1Gbps.

Is there any option to put managed switch in between ONT and Deco XE75 Pro with VLANs configured (to reach ≥2.5Gbps wired backhaul) or I’m better off going with Deco BE65 (quad 2.5Gbps)?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated 😊

I do not think VLAN switch will work. The 1G LAN port of the Deco XE75 Pro will still be the limiting factor.

Just get the Deco BE65 (quad 2.5G ports) if your budget allows.

Ok noted. Ya, I read when you posted previously. So it’s unreasonable to quote this as my excuse so use the lame excuse to upgrade to wifi 7. 😂 So while waiting for 18th month, meantime I crack my brain how to integrate HB710 or EB810v to replace my Asus routers.
Just another few months to wait only.

1633 got called me yesterday and my starhub installation will be delayed and no given date. Reason being Netlink say my area not enough bandwidth?????? Anyone encountered this before?
that's normal...

it means that there's insufficient capacity in your area

this one SH can do nothing about it, only depends on NLT side...

Is Starhub’s 5G and 10G islandwide-ready, or like M1 still not islandwide?

I had an error halfway through my application, did not specify reason when the prompt came up, but when I clicked back I got a page saying my address is not fibre-ready? :s22: If so, all the discussion on the 10G router/mesh/switch no meaning for me anymore :frown:

South-East, almost 10 year old BTO in mature estate :o
should be available islandwide, unless NLT say that your area has insufficient capacity

M1 still not available islandwide as reported by some users. go and see M1's Thread for more details...

Is there a possibility m1 not available anything above 2gbps but starhub can support 5 gbps installation?

Signed up the 5 Gbps with HB710 online, as new sign up, current SH plan expiring end of Jan.

Now using Linksys MX4200 (if never remember model wrongly), can expect better WiFi coverage with the new HB710 or roughly the same? Sorry, me damn noob with tech. 🙏
