Want to buy turbo charged cars, deserve to spend loads on maintenance down the road.

I already went through two, every time go servicing got this spoil and that spoil. These do not even include those thing I have encountered like radiator crack, coolant pump spoil, fans spoil etc etc.

Then I changed to a Toyota NA Engine. Maintenance only a fraction of previous cars.

BTW, those turbo charged cars with small engine, the performance is rubbish vs a 2 liter turbo charged engine. If drive small engine turbo charged and expect great performance, you will be disappointed eventually.

I really cannot take alphard. It's great for passengers, but I cannot imagine driving such a big car alone to work after I send my kids to school. I think it's a waste of petrol and also not very fun to drive.

how about the smaller and cheaper brother Noah...also not bad..
another one i like is Honda odyssey, spacious but not too big but got enough power
Japanese car are lower maintenance..
GLB will cost a lot to maintain

Go and look at UK market - skoda one of top selling brand there and in most of Europe, together with other conti like merc, bmw and audi.

In sg not popular coz ppl eye see $$ want badge like merc, bmw and audi. But end up buying entry level model like a180, 116i which has miserable power

If u want GLB, either go for glb200 or eqb ev cousin. But beware of some PI GLB coz the driver dashboard is the basic 8" screen x2. Cannot even show a full speedometer lol

Skoda is actually quite a well desired brand, but most people in SG don't really know about it unfortunately.

The way people buy cars here is quite unconventional too, price, interior trim & brand matters more than the drive experience and overall drive comfort. Guess also due to the distances traveled is too short (and slow) for most to matter.

same for cla180 .. CnC promo.

but this is nett or some price they claim is final price. got to factor in other cost ones. I guess is $190+k with the service package and such.
