bro what model you're looking at?
I was initially looking at Dreame L40.

Then decided to buy Dreame H13 instead.

Cheaper price and just to see the cleaning standard.

I am a bit skeptical of the cleaning standard.

Traditional mop is the most cleanest because you can apply pressure to stubborn stains. And with detergent.

I know some robots don't use detergent for mopping.

Ya... X20 Max hits most of my boxes while still being damn affordable, especially compared to the competition

I messaged the Shopee "Xiaomi Global Official Store", and they told me that there is warranty in Singapore at the local service center, and based on my research the store is legit from Xiaomi. But I'm hoping to see whether can buy local stock...ig less risk based on shipping.

I was looking at the Roborock Qrevo Master/MaxV as a close competitor to X20 Max, but X20 Max pricing is too good already compared to them.
bro, is the X20max still the goto model as of 2025? Tks

Hi guys, I know it is 2025 but I am still using gen 1 Xiaomi robot vacuum. I had recently changed my home BB router and facing some issue. The robot is offline and I tried reset (both router and robot) and reconnect using 2.4Ghz but to no avail.

Any other suggestions?

Weird... they can't have designed it that way intentionally, since in China can lose internet due to bad weather , bad development or house just moved in so BB not set up yet.
Mine (not xiaomi) also permanently offline but still able to do initial mapping, perform cleaning and basic commands using buttons.

GPGT!
Bottom cleanliness condition after 3 weeks and almost 20 cycles. Got 2 females, 3 males, and 2 cats at home, so there is plenty of long hair and fur around. I have not done anything to clean the bottom before taking these photos
Main roller and side brushes very very clean, no hair or fur at all, just a bit of dust on the main brush.
Mopping pads slight stains near middle.
Some fur on the wheel crevice, but not entangled, easily pulled out.
Some fur, short hair and dust splattered onto the enclosure of the main roller. Dried and stuck on quite firmly, need to use damp tissue to wipe off.

Hi - current user of Dreame L10, just around 2 years. But various problems, sent back repair at 3 times so planning to replace it with Xiaomi x20 max.

Some questions:
1) If buy local from distributor (Mi IOT Authorised Store Dasher), warranty claim is xiaomi? From what I can see, warranty is 1 year.
2) I read the thread, does the wash board have auto cleaning?
3) Best price I see so far is 679 after voucher. Better to wait?

Same I also still using the gen1, check the router and make sure ur 2.4Ghz network encryption is WPA2, newer router uses WPA3 which not compatible with older Xiaomi ecosystem.

Else setup a guest network using only 2.4Ghz with WPA2 encryption if you are not comfortable setting Ur main network to WPA2
