Actually the society as a whole takes it lightly. Most families still eat and sleep together. It's their version of "care". You stay away from them, people will even think you hiam them, a bit of problem you run liao... It's also common for the Chinese to visit the sick relatives and friends. COVID time better with all the rules, but now like back to last time liao.

It's hakone, but it's only 1 hour plus away from Tokyo. Yokohama should already have a big hospital liao. Their hotel in Tokyo looks like the peninsula. It's only 1km plus away from one of the best hospitals in Japan.

The biggest problem is they underestimated the severity ba. Some sources reported that she was told by a small hospital to go to a big hospital, but she didn't go. Her mother and sister were still happily dancing late at night on 1st Feb.

Yeah most people underestimate what flu is and think their body can fight against it. Actually after covid , it's logical that humans has not have much immunity with flu. It will be good to get the flu jab. The worst thing is to consume pandadol.
