very obvious that the new boundaries are based on data from the last erection each and every voting booth (station) votes count results, i.e. which areas more opposition votes and which areas supported the PAP.

so, merge the strong opposition support areas with hard core PAP supporter's areas and reduce the opposition chances of winning.
