Some updates:

1. The 5Gbps at S$29.90 recontract offer link has gone as of yesterday.

Let's see the next batch of 5Gbps offers. Singtel has finally got rid of the 2Gbps plan and now start to push for 3Gbps/5Gbps plan, especially the 5Gbps plan, due to the competition from Starhub/M1.

https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/broadband/eform/recon-dm/fibre-5g
5Gbps Enhanced plan at $29.90/mth (U.P. $95.90/mth)
Comes with 1 unit of Singtel AX5400 WiFi 6 mesh device

The 5Gbps recontract link has been reinstated and is back on.

Hi, guys this is another server I test.
https://www.speedtest.net/result/17520018796.png

And i try test in cloudflare speedtest this what i get Down:430 Mbps, Up: 396Mbps, Latency:4.05ms, Jitter: 1.41ms and around 3:50am.
Bro, you are testing during a time zone that most isp are doing their system maintenance, of course the speed is not normal. Internet usual service hours are 5am to after midnight before 2am. 2am to 4am is system maintenance time zone. Speed test during normal service hours.

My router is not that smart to have that feature

What is the router used? Are you using Singtel ONT or ONR?

A few possible issues.
1) Fibre signal issue
2) ONT or ONR issue
3) Router issue
4) Ethernet cable issue (eg: between Router and your PC, between ONT/ONR with the wireless router)

In any case, it is probably a good idea to ask Singtel for support.

Even they send down their field engineers, I doubt they will of much help based on my personal experience. Maybe I got those not so 'capable' ones, I find their knowledge limited, did not even know why my PC cannot broadcast the 6G network, in the end have to google and solve it myself. I think xiaofan is even better than them if he becomes a field enigneer...

Nothing to do with your WiFi.

The incident happened yesterday, roughly from 5pm to 7:50pm.

I am due to recontract in about 6 months time. Sucks to read that ONT recontract has been discontinued... Because I want to use my own router and set my own DNS server, port forwarding etc.

Is it still possible for the current ONR (whatever brand-model it is) to do bridge mode under any of the 3/5Gbps plan? If not, or very tedious, then I might have to plan earlier to jump to M1/SH with ONT. That and digital voice are my priority features.

Just like to ask months ahead of (potential) recontract:

Is ONR bridging still doable now?

Two ways to bridge the XGS-PON ONR.
1) Pay SingTel S$10 per month to get SingTel to carry out official bridging. Some users managed to convince SingTel to do it free of charge. YMMV

2) Carry out manually bridging by yourself (not supported by SingTel). Standard disclaimer: proceed at your own risk, YMMV.

3) Bridging methods for both ZTE F8648P and Nokia XS-240X-A ONR here:

Thread 'Singtel 10Gbps ZTE F8648P superadmin password.' https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/threads/singtel-10gbps-zte-f8648p-superadmin-password.6946718/

4) If you don't want to pay and do not want to take the risks, then it is better to leave SingTel and go to M1/Starhub. Both offer better value plans than SingTel anyway. M1 6Gbps offer at S$34.90 per month, free Archer BE805 and free digital voice, may be the best option for you.
