And it is growing, with new Build-To-Order estates completed over the last five years, and more in the pipeline.

Hence, the freshly minted Punggol GRC was created by splitting the existing Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC, carving out estates in Punggol and merging those with Punggol West SMC.

I rather TCH be in Punggol GRC instead of the Foo Cexiang. I also hope there will be a MP rotation within Punggol. I always hope Sun Xueling will be based in Punggol Shore

SXL quite popular in punggol west area, especially among the low/middle income families. She has this project 100:50 to provide half-priced groceries. Hopefully, the opposition can get a better vote on the east side

Personal opinions, SXL is a good on-the-ground MP (estate manager)

but if vote Workers Party, will Not just be having a group of estate managers for the particular constituency

but legitimately also, a group of capable individuals who will voice out the bread-and-butter concerns on behalf of all Singaporeans.

As good as SXL is on the ground, would have wished for her to be more vocal on the everyday concerns we are all facing, given her status as a MOS.

We need LMW/Hazel Poa and potentially Harpeet/CSJ/Paul Tambyah/Ong Lue Pung/TCB as MPs to speak out more on our concerns.

Maybe her original SK west area, but Punggol GRC as a whole?

Sengkang and Aljunied GRC not very far from punggol too, WP MPs are just as on-the-ball in their respective wards if not more than SXL in her original ward.

Louis Chua and Jamus, etc. practically can be seen close to a weekly basis around their estates.

GRC is 5 members in total, Janil is close to being a dead weight.

For the 5 years, put2cherry only shows up when there is some opening ceremony or celebration, nowhere to be seen and heard otherwise in his estate area.

The difference in estate maintenance standard between his and sxl area is like hell and heaven.
