No need death sentence but they must be registered on public registries for people to know their identity. Their picture, name and address must be displayed prominently on all lifts nearby their residence so people will know and take extra notice of them to make sure they don’t commit the same abuse.

Currently I feel the law is too lax and there is no shame and public stigma in place for them to repent and prevent them from reoffending again.

Now this I'd support. While we're at it we need a sex criminal register as well. The geek next door could be a convicted pedo, and we need to keep a spare pitchfork in the riser just in case.
