lol. same earlier i also max 2 years. mine was

1.3y (doing sales but not good at it) >
2y (for progression and exposure) >
2.5y (for progression and exposure) >
1.2y (toxic environment) >
4.5y (role i enjoyed the most but got complacent) >
6 months (restructuring, role not stable) >
1.5y (take care family and toxic environment)

mostly recruiter mentioned no issue with my experience but more of the hopping around, so i need to secure the interview and explain myself, and hopefully, hiring understand reasons of me leaving the previous employement.

Mine was 2y 2y >3.5y >4.5 1.5y (current)

agreed on this. i never have successful job through recruiter anyway. but this one year have to rely on them since job market really brutal. hard to even secure interview.

Just want you to know you are not alone, both from a job seeker and hirer pov.

When applying, > 50 applications but only 3-5 get back to even call you or arrange an interview.

When hiring, > 100 applicants who do not have the full range of skillset (maybe 50-70%) but requesting for far end of the salary spectrum (listed on MCF). 5-7yrs experience but asking for 7-9k.

Treat it as early training for NS where NS medics (obviously not FP standard) machine gun your arm trying to draw blood....
I also seldom draw blood last time. I not service medic so seldom in medical centre. Me is do IV one, one shot one kill once you find the vein and poke the right angle

i would never mention the toxic . Not implying u had in anyway to the hirers
i would say, i have to make decisions that isnt in-line with my morales and work ethics

Yeah that's a good way of phrasing. It's how you navigate and present yourself truthfully without being overly negative and off-putting.

You can also say that the office / company culture and working style isn't in line with you.

no la. in interview cannot badmouth the previous employer. i just shared with recruiter cause need to be align mah. For my last role, i just brought up the parents health which is real. i mean if they want to question, i can always push the hospital records for them to see. lol.

You can be candid with recruiter but try to refrain from spilling too much with prospective employer during interview stage

All the nurses say my veins are hard to find, I asked is it because I am BBFA, they say not due to that but some ppl are just faint and not so obvious.

I do blood donations regularly and really scared they poke wrongly and must poke again, or poke in already then wiggle wiggle and go deeper, slant abit, those kind really will give me the chills and I have super low confidence with the nurse if that's the case.

Need to set the catheter cos needa draw blood

But those IV drip is the smaller needle on the back of your palm or near the wrist area, it's ok.... Easy

Just a bit inconvenient when you want to shower and the drip haven't finish, must wait for as long as 3-4hrs

actually what is this supposed to find out, the probable reasons for his below-average physical growth ?

Yeah. The was another option which requires a number of injections and the cost is 1 more zero behind this. So I pick this instead..

Ya he had to fast so didn’t drink water … so the blood wasn’t really flowing also.
with fasting, need to drink water.
but also drink it in a certain way. prior 45 minutes, drink the water in sips as if eating. that will help in the future.

Yes for IV if vein hard to find then is difficult. Maybe change hand

I also do blood donations. However the spot where they poke is not the same as IV. The staff nurses at the bloodbank are all experienced one lah. One time settle

yeah. with prospect, cannot reveal everything one. wait they will scare you badmouth them also. recruiter usually will probe further so can help come out with cover story.
